Description

Responsible for working with community partners and organizations to build relationships and drive engagement for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC. Duties include processing and scheduling mascot appearances and requests; ordering and tracking inventory for all events, programs, and marketing assets; assisting with planning and executing all community events, festivals, and event activations; and attending community events and appearances with players and team representatives. Gameday’s responsibilities include assisting in pre-game events, community partner activations, team flag execution, and community groups.

Guest Experience Concourse Captain

Description

Responsible for leading and informing the Ushers and Guest Services Representatives throughout the events hosted at Tim Hortons Field. Duties include leading briefing meetings before and after games, managing staff rotation, and resolving patron’s issues. Issues resolved include fan disturbances, missing items and persons, injured or ill fans, ticketing complications, and staff issues and problems.

Description

Responsible for preparing the stadium for the events that take place at Tim Hortons Field. Duties include the set-up and tear down of all game-day marketing and corporate activations; setting up ticketing areas and event spaces; and executing stadium conversions between events.

Description

Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process for fans using their All Access card/app or other payment methods at various concessions areas within Tim Hortons Field. All Access is the season ticket holder reward program for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. My duties included monitoring concession areas to ensure that fans were prepared to use their All Access card/app, answering all guest questions and inquiries regarding the All Access platform, and communicating the different features of the All Access platform to fans.
