Responsible for minimizing the wait time and congestion at the gates by working effectively in a team environment to check-in patrons to Tim Hortons Field. Duties included scanning tickets upon entry, greeting all guests entering Tim Hortons Field in a friendly manner, checking vaccination status, and providing accurate directions to seating sections.

Responsible for monitoring my assigned section to ensure a positive experience for everyone at Tim Hortons Field. Duties included checking my assigned section before and after the game, directing guests to their seats and to other areas inside Tim Hortons Field, reporting lost items, and resolving fan issues or concerns.
